well last weekend, i went back home. went back to 'recharge' the battery. on friday, i went to Kuala Terengganu to see how 'rancak' the campaign was. and it was pretty 'hot' i think.
started from jambatan pulau rusa, i could see hundreds of posters and flags. PAS, BN, DAP and Keadilan. i guest the DAP and keadilan just want to interframe and help their 'best' buddy, PAS. kuala terengganu was so damn crowded. with cars and peoples. trafic jam was everywhere.
with my brother's white latio, i went to see my mother who was in LOSONG. helping the BN candidate to win this election. but, as u already know, BN lost in KT. i stayed in KT up until 12 midnight, and seriously it was so havoc. the PAS supporter kept takbir "ALLAHUAKHBAR" and gave flyers to each car that passing that road. compare to BN supporter, the women more energatic than men. what a shame. maybe this is one of the factors that BN lost.
around 1130pm, Datuk wan ahmad farid came to the BN post. such a nice guy. very good communicating skill and humorous. i took some picts. and i did wish him good luck. but, he was not very lucky actually. lost the senator title, lost the chance to be YB of KT and all he got is sweat. a lot f sweat.
from the result, i still dont know, what actually we want in KT. we've been through that dark dirty period once and clearly that we still didnt learn the lesson. i can see a lot development in KT but then some of us said that we love to membazir. i am so damn proud to be terengganurian. borned and been raised in terengganu. having that beautiful building in KT. but then, not all of us have that way of thinking. some of us love to support and some only know how to critic. SOME that suitable to be live in the lame city. am i too straight???
from this election, i still can see some underdeveloped part in the centre of KT. i never thought that in the middle of KT, there are a few houses that using 'atap bata'.well, that rumah atap bata puye tuan, all of them are PAS supporters. are they been neglected or are they rejecting all the help from goverment????still dunno. even in my village, everyone are using zinc or modern type of roof. kind of scary right. imagine if there is a ribut, kompem sume terbang.
but then, KT's people already decided. so let just see what our new YB will do to KT.
