kisah terasa ati kat sorg perempuan yg bernama doktor

well, this morning, around 9am.....

in front of wisma persekutuan, just after the trafic light, there's a girl, sitting at one side of the road, alone, in orange colour of baju kurung. beside her, there's a car, with emergency lights turned on. and she vomited out all her breakfast.

and if u saw this situation, what will u think?

a) emmmm sian dia, morning sickness agak ye. mengandung da budak neh.
b) food poisoning ke?
c) thyphoid? yela thyphoid kan common in kelantan.
d) flu+cough+migrain+nausea+dizziness

actually that girl was in 'D' situation. and she was on the way to HKB to attend her class there. but, because of the vomiting thing, she drove back to USM and went straight to the clinic.

in the clinic....packed with 1st year students for medical check-up. she wait for 45mins and her name was called.

dr:ok adik, ape problem?

patient: saya kena flu, batuk2, sakit tekak, pening, muntah2.

dr: ok, biasa ye adik akan kena flu brape lama? and adik pregnant ke?

patient: 1 week la, cuma kalu batuk agak lama. kdg2 sampai sebulan. saya x mengandung la doktor. saya sure x mengandung.

dr: well, adik tahu kan yg flu ni biasa ye viral. so x perlu ubat pape. dia akan brenti sendri.

patient: *kompius. tp doktor, ubat boleh reduce symptom, so saya just nk benda ni cpt baik je.

dr: ye la, sbb skrg ubat tu x membantu sgt, sume tu sistem immune bdn yg buat.

patient: *semakin kompius. saya on da way pegi HKB, ade kelas, and then saya muntah2 kt tepi jln. xkan saya xbleh mintak antiemetic ke?

dr: yg tu bleh. apa lagi ubat yg adik nak?

patient: saya nk painkiller. saya migrain. and migrain saya makin teruk. dulu kalau saya migrain, saya tido. and lepas bgn pain hilang. tp, skrg migrain saya makin truk. bgn tido pun still ada, siap ada nasal block and neck discomfort.

dr: saya rasa org migrain ni x patut jd doktor la. sbb bila da keja nanti, lagi teruk. and betul nih adik x mengandung?

patient: *terasa ati. salahke? saya x mintak pun nk migrain. lgpun saya da thn akhir, xkn nk tukar course jus sbb migrain. saya x kawen lg dr. baru je period. xkn da mengandung kot.

dr:saya x taye awak kawen ke x. saya taye mengandung aje.da final year kan, u jus go on je la. cuma, bila da ade anak nanti, kalu dia nk jd doctor, bg nasihat dulu. migrain nih penyakit keturunan.

patient: (mcm aku tringin sgt jd doctor, anak aku nanti pun aku xmo dia jd doktor)

dr: adik suke x pegi HKB?

patient: *kompius tahap dewa. xske, sbb panas.

dr: neraka lg panas adik.

patient: what? *serius saya sgt2 kompius dgn dr neh!

dr: panas tu kan stressor. try la cuba elak.

patient: (nak saya pasangkan aircond satu wad paediatric tu ke doktor oi)

dr: ada pape lg ke?

patient: saya nk mc. saya da skip kelas pagi neh.

dr: *sengih sinis. nk mc gak ke?

patient: kalu xmo kasi mc, bg la time slip. at least sy ade prove.

dr: ok saya bg time slip. ok. adik tggu kt luar utk amik ubat.

that girl is me. and seriously, saya sgt2 terasa ati dgn doktor neh. kenapa?

1) sbb dia sengih sinis masa saya mintak mc
2) sbb dia kate org migrain x patut jd doktor
3) sbb dia taye bab mengandung berkali2. hello, saya paham la kalu taye skali je. bila dia taye byk kali, nmpk sgt x caye ngan ape yg saya ckp.
4) neraka lagi panas? yes saya tahu yg tu. well known about that.

well, dear doctor, u need extra class about communication skills and ethic. sbb saya rasa doktor da mengdiskriminasi org migrain n bersikap kurang ajar dgn saya. sekian, terima kasih.
