SHORT CASE - i think i performed badly in front of dr zaidi. i x cair depan dia but i am BLUR. alahai....
u know guys....i got breast cancer case. i read about that and there's some part of it that i purposely skip (sb malas nk hafal). and almost all the questions that came out from dr zaidi's mouth come from that 'skip' part. huh...how do you know i dont read that part huh dr???
however, i still can give some answers to him. about the investigation, management and treatment. hehe im trying to be positive now. so help me ya.
but, he was so nice throughout the short case. when i couldnt give the answer, he still can smile to me. so sweet.
actually, i think i am lucky compared to my exam's partner. he got a case of bilateral post mastectomy with metastasize to liver and stomach. she also had massive ascites with distended abdomen. it was very2 difficult to palpate her abdomen.and that patient got feeding tube (made from folley's catheter) at her umbilicus area. huh, if i get that case, confirm kena cantas. and he also got the same faith like me. dr asked questions, u senyap and senyap and senyap. well george, dont worry we will pass. haha trying to be positive again.
now im in hope of a miracle. hoping that dr zaidi will give good marks to me and also george ( i mean more than 50) and pass my MCQ.amin.....
so, surgery posting is over. now, im looking forward for orthopaedic posting. the posting that i hate most during my 4th year. it starts next week. there will be a lot of blood, bones and fracture. and also mat rempit. and that posting is just 3 weeks duration. 1st week (next week) i'll be in raya's mood, and still blur.....so maybe no study. 2nd week is after the raya's holiday, and i also will be in raya's mood because of raya is sebulan. maybe no study. and 3rd week is exam week...haha what the heaven. exam lagi. but its ok...i still have 1 month to go before the next exam. so puasa abih2 dulu and raya puas2 dulu and then baru fikir utk exam. hehe
time to rest...and enjoy the weekend.
p/s: moral of the story, dont ever try to skip some topic while reading. READ ALL OF THEM.
