SHIFT SYSTEM!!!
i dont know how to comment about this. still new and need a few weeks of observation and discussion for feedback i guess. but i kindda like it.
and last night is my last oncall....and trust me, it was a nightmare.
so i wish this shift system do help us. just add some extra time for us to spend with our loved one's.
