last weekend, i was involved with KKM's netball tournament. after a very looooooooooong break.
of course, at the age of 27, i cant jump like before, i cant run like before. always out of breath. hehe
playing with a new team, new team mates, really bring a joy to myself. they really tough me about the beauty of teamwork in a team. and they always remind me to my previous team in USM.
well we lost at final...but for me, the opportunity to get to know them, to learn from them was more meaningful than then the gold medal that we aimed for the whole day.
and dear husband came to support me. thanks dearie.
he showed his real 'perangai' to my team mates. and all of the keep on laughing with his jokes. one of them say something to me.
"doktor mesti x kering gusi kat umah kan?"
yes, i am (proud). he just always had the idea to make me laugh. that's why i love him. more and more.
I live each moment for the incomparable gift that it is. As every thread of gold is valuable, so is every moment of time. For that, i will not allow myself to be defeated by the disappointments in my life. i will grow through the positives found in each and become a better person as a result.

a little surprise
salam readers....
hey, i'm in cameron highland today!!! a little surprise from my husband. well, i had no idea that i will end up in this cold land today.
yes, a few weeks ago, i kept on mumbling to my husband that we were not going anywhere since 2 months ago. in other way, i asked for holiday. and his answer...."sayang, kita kena save duit. nak beli rumah kan. banyak tu nak guna duit". and it went silent....
2 days ago, he told me that we need to wake up as early as 430am to go back to kuantan. i said "WHY?"
he said that he wanted to see the sunrise at one place with me. so i just said "ok".
well, we managed to wake up on time, leave the house around 5am. once i was in the car, everything went black. then he wake me up at one place, at the roadside with a lake in front of us. the sun was there, hiding behind the cloud. and it was a beautiful one. more meaningful when i shared it with mr president. thanks hubby. after that, i slept again.
woke up at one place, so unfamiliar. i asked him where we are going that time. he said "pahang". and that time i saw a signboard showed "CAMERON HIGHLAND"
with a cute face, he said "Surprise sayang"
that is how i ended up in this place. thanks hubby for the surprise. thank you so much!

vaccination
yesterday, i met a couple
came in with their 6 weeks newborn. the issue ...... refused vaccination.
well, being in public health, seeing around 40-50 patients per day, of course sometimes i will end up seeing patient with weird complaint. but about parents that refused vaccination to their child, it was not a new issue.
so yesterday, i got a chance to met them. just to clear up my confusion and also try get to know the reason behind it.
first...most of the parents that refused the vaccination come from a family that had a strong religious background. father will come with turban and mother with her purdah. so is it had a religious issue behind it? most probably.
so i asked the mother, "are u vaccinated when u were a child?" and the answer was "yes"
*interesting
then next question, "may i know why u refused the vaccination to your child. it is quite weird for me to see the mother vaccinated during the childhood but decided not to do the same thing to her child?"
and she came out with the answer "syubhah". it was a arabic word that carried a meaning of doubful.
in simple way, u had a doubt about the halal status of one thing, and the best thing is to avoid using it.
yes, i did my part after that. explained to her about how the vaccine been made, the benefit the kids will get from vaccination and almost all kids in malaysia been through the same thing. if it is not halal, i dont think the majlis fatwa malaysia will approved it.
well it was a very long explanation. very long one because i ended up in that clinic until 6pm.
and as expected, i got the answer "NO"
i cant forced them to accept it. they were the parents. and i was a doctor. and i believe that i already did what i should do in that case.
but it leaved a question in my head. i am a muslim. they also muslims. but why we came out with a different views about this?
4) menyokong biological weapons musuh-musuh Islam
5) buta mata dan buta hati
Astaghfirullahulazim.
Saya sedih. Bukankah kita sangat memerlukan doktor-doktor muslim yang berwibawa? Kalau begitu, mengapa bila doktor muslim berbicara tentang ilmu perubatan, kami dituduh begitu sekali?

i called it as romantic
early of April
he went to Ipoh for 3 days. attending a neurosurgery conference with his team. and that 3 days felt like ages. i kept counting days and hours waiting for him to be home. calling him, whatsapp asking where he was on the day the heading back to terengganu.
arrived home late around 12 midnight with tiredness showed all over the face, he smiled. and then hand over a gift and i think i got a romantic husband. thank dearie!!
roses to ease the painful feeling of missing the husband just for 3 days....
love,
isyaNIA
1 vote
entering the voting season
everyone is talking about the flags, the posters and the manifesto. for the one that in opposition site, will keep talking about how unfair the goverment is, full with corruptions and etc. the same thing goes to government site.
i will go out and vote on the voting day. why? because that is my responsibility to vote. to chose the correct person to rule the state and my country. some people just so arrogant saying that both parties are same that make them decided not to vote. but i dont think it will help the country because this group of people is the one that will help to change the number of vote for certain parties. the 'atas pagar' voters.
we cannot change the hardcore fan of the goverment
and we cannot change the die hard fan of the opposition
lately, so many bad ugly stories flies around us. even the sex video.
it can be the bn 's strategy to win the voters
or it might be the opposition plan to make others see it was the bn's strategy
everyone, go out and vote. if u think both are bad, pick the best that can rule better.
for me, to rule the country is like ruling the multibillion dollar company. they need to have bussines mind. to attract the investor, to gain profit, able to offer millions of jobs to the people in malaysia and raise the economy and etc.
go out to vote peoples. decide!

missing them
7 months...
our marriage reached 7 months. but it feels like I just got married yesterday. it shows how happiness make us unaware about time right.
as usual, people will keep asking me, about having a baby bump. well, still no rezeki. but don't worry, we started being serious about that. for us, we are mentally and physically ready for expecting another new person in our life. to make our life happier.
noddy already had one. big growing little boy which copied his uncle face
nurul in another hand underwent in vitro procedure. hope (really am) the result will be positive for them since that have been married for 4 years I guest.
then me, who is ready for a baby and keep praying....
well I miss my buddies so much. since the noddy's wedding in Johor, we didn't have any proper reunion. during my wedding day, nurul came at my side, and noddy came at faisal's site. I miss to hang around with them, gossiping, laughing and most importantly.....shopping. but we know, it is so difficult to arrange especially noddy already got the big 'handbag' and nurul preparing for pregnancy.
ladies...miss u all. so much.
