• alarm rings
• wake up, boil the water for nescafe (a must)
• take a bath
• solat subuh
• breakfast
• get ready to go to HSNZ

7:00am

• off to HSNZ
• and damn! trafic jam

7:30am

• arrived to HSNZ
• thank god. i got a good parking spot.
• running to the SOPD clinic for pass over session with Dato' Dr Jamil.

7:45am

• the session started.
• case presentation with discussion
• actually that was the shooting session btw specialists and HO. and almost all HO 'berlubang' kena tembak. best2. haha

9:30am

• session end
• straight to the clinic
• be the doc's chaperone
• did some physical examination to pt
• history taking
• some discussion
• and we were standing until the last patient got her/his medication list.
• end around 2pm

2:30pm

• CME presentation about electrolytes imbalance
• free lunch

3:30pm

• solat
• baring2 jap

4:00pm

• ward work
• case clerking

6:00pm

• balik umah
• sampai dlm 630pm sbb jln jam siap ng hujan lebat.
• penat
  

overall..........penat tapi enjoy. docs sume sporting. boleh buat lawak and juara dalam menyakat ktorg yg 'innocent' neh. and thats thing made us not aware about time and time fly so fast. hehe ok la tuh.

and tomoro the same cycle again..... except i will spending more time in operation theater (OT), observe more and more operation and a lot of standing for sure. lama2 bengkak jugak tapak kaki neh.aduh.........
