today, i observed one surgery in HRPZ II. emergency laparotomy. my first time. and seriously, enjoy gilerr duk dalam OT (yang sejuk macam peti ais) tu. why?
cause that was the 'messiest' surgery i ever observed.
patient presented with epigastric abdominal pain 3/7 duration. and then turned to be generalized on the day of admission. so, patient went to Hospital Kuala Krai and then was referred to HRPZ II. patient was diagnosed to have perforated bowel and emergency laparotomy was done.
in that OT....blood was here and there. big incision was done on his abdomen and just imagine....all ur bowels on ur abdomen. perggghhhh....kagum giler tgk usus kecik, usus besar and lemak setongkol atas perut patient. kagum2.
and then the doctors....jgn ckp la. abih baju scrub kena darah patient. so....confirmed patient had perforated bowel. surgeons took out half of his transverse colon and anatomosis was done. after they cut the perforated bowel....i tried to take the pict. in case nak tunjuk kat korg la. tp x sempat. scrub nurse da tutup ng green towel. so melepas korg nk tgk usus yang berlubang dkt2 1 kilo kot. magnificent man.....haha ade je org kate aku gile sbb kate usus pun magnificent.
so, arini walaupun penat, i gain a lot from that. learned a lot and SEE a lot. kan best kalu ari2 mcm neh.
well.....tup tap tup tap...da nak masuk 6 ari kite pose. jap je kan. you know what....
my 1st sahur is nasi goreng(nurul fahizha yg kasi) and milo panas
my 2nd sahur is 2 keping roti and milo panas
my 3rd sahur is milo panas
my 4th sahur is air kosong/plain water
my 5th sahur is....xde sahur.bgn2 da azan
my 6th sahur.....xtau bgn ke x.haha
makin ari makin kurang, lama2 xde trus. actually im getting thinner. b4 this i lost 2 kilo in 2 months sbb slalu x sihat.dpt hospital infection. and now bulan puasa.lagilaaaa ala xnak kurus lagi. i want to gain weight...how ek?
ade some medical term in there. so kamus utk yg x paham medical term
laparotomy - buat incision/open the abdomen wall
anastomosis - connect two end/buat sambungan
epigastric pain - sakit kat area2 atas pusat
perforated bowel - usus berlubang
